The Elite Member Program rewards you for purchasing eligible TradeClub parts. There
are three different levels of Elite Membership, Bronze, Silver and Gold determined by
your purchases during the previous year.

	Over $600,000 of all Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Or Over $36,000 of eligible TradeClub parts (excluding Collision, lighting and Exterior parts).
	Over $150,000 of all Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Or Over $12,000 of eligible TradeClub parts (excluding Collision, lighting and Exterior parts).
	Any Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts purchased in 2024.

For Bronze level Members the aim is simple, reach a minimum annual spend to qualify for Silver the following year.

Silver and Gold levels offer interim targets enabling you to earn additional Reward Dollars each quarter.

Eligiblity and How To Enter
To be eligible, participants must be a valid Mercedes-Benz TradeClub Member (excluding TradeClub Members with a special fleet number).

Participants will be deemed to have entered the Program by purchasing any Genuine Mercedes-Benz part during the program period.

Terms and Conditions

Gold Members – Loyalty Rewards
Starting April 1, 2025 Gold Members will be set a quarterly purchase target for the Loyalty Rewards Program.

Target – $9,000 of eligible TradeClub Parts purchases during each quarter. Upon achievement of this target, Members will receive TradeClub Member Reward Dollars equal to 1% of eligible purchases.

This program will reset each quarter during 2025.

Program 1 – April 1, 2025 – June 30 2025
Program 2 – July 1, 2025 – Sept 30, 2025
Program 3 – Oct 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2025

The target for each quarter will remain unchanged for the balance of 2025.

Gold and Silver Members – Growth Rewards
All Gold and Silver Members will be set two unique quarterly purchase growth targets based on the purchase of Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. The rewards for achieving these targets are as follows:

Target 1 Growth Purchase Target

Upon the achievement of the Target 1 Growth Purchase Target, Members will receive TradeClub Reward Dollars equal to the value of 1% of all purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

Target 2 Growth Purchase Target

Upon the achievement of the Target 2 Growth Purchase Target, the value of Reward Dollars a member will receive increases to 2% of all purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Reward Dollars earned will be awarded to Members at the end of each quarter.

Growth Rewards – Full Year Catch-up Bonus
Gold and Silver Members have the opportunity to earn bonus Reward Dollars during the catch-up period – between April 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

If the Reward Dollars earned during the catch-up period is greater than the total Reward Dollars earned for the sum of the three quarters then the difference will be paid in Reward Dollars as a catch-up bonus.

Catch-up bonus Reward Dollars paid will be at the same % rates as Growth Purchase targets shown above.

2026 Renewal Status
Members will retain their Gold, Silver or Bronze status for the full year of 2025, based upon their 2024 purchases.

To renew or upgrade their Membership status for 2026, Members must meet the following minimum purchase requirements of Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts in 2025 as listed below.

	Over $600,000 of all Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Or Over $36,000 of eligible TradeClub parts (excluding Collision, lighting and Exterior parts).
	Over $150,000 of all Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. Or Over $12,000 of eligible TradeClub parts (excluding Collision, lighting and Exterior parts).
	Purchase any Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

How to Monitor your Progress
Members will be able to check their progress towards their targets and view their activated Reward Dollars balances on the Elite Member Dashboard.
